David Boyd – President

Mr. Boyd received his BS degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA. Since 2000 Mr. Boyd has worked for several general contractors and national development & construction companies. 

Past and current projects include: residential new construction and remodel, retail (single & multi-tenant), restaurants, industrial, sports facilities, nuclear support facilities, governmental, churches, dormitories, trucking service, car dealerships, apartments, condominiums, hotels, capital improvements, educational, banks, data centers, office, medical office and hospital projects nation wide.

Mr. Boyd has expertise in estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, cost and quality control, scope writing for owners and general contractors, consultant & subcontractor management, development, safety evaluations, property evaluations and site and drawing evaluations.

As President of Quantify, LLC Mr. Boyd has estimating & construction management experience in excess of $700,000,000.
